NEW MOBILE KITCHEN: Mullet recently added a 28’ mobile kitchen to its catering fleet. With the aid of upper management and our Head of Food Services, Mullet designed a 100% solar mobile kitchen from the ground up. From the construction of the frame, to axle placement, to door placement, to interior design and flow. We are excited to be offering a greener alternative to the market.
ABOUT OUR CATERING: Mullet has spent the past 4 years developing a mobile scratch catering company focused on organic, from scratch, high quality foods. This model does not currently exist in the Utah market today and we’re very proud to be the first.

We take pride in the presentation, where our ingredients come from, the quality of the food, and the products meals are served on. We are committed to sustainability and supporting our local community. Whenever possible, we buy from local growers and vendors, including seasonal farmer’s markets. All meals are created using organic/rBST-free dairy products, free-range + hormone-free chicken, grass-fed + hormone-free beef, sustainable seafood, and fresh local produce. We believe that what we put in our bodies directly correlates to well-being, sustained energy levels and overall health.

ABOUT OUR CRAFT SERVICE: To date we have been hired to deliver our version of craft service in Utah, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, California, Oregon, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Texas. We believe our craft services are requested and known throughout the west because we’re nimble, serve premium high quality products, and we do this rain or shine, indoors or out, without complaint, and always with a positive attitude and good humor. We aren’t ruffled when you ask for multiple set-ups, or you have multiple company moves in a day - it just requires different planning up front. Depending on your crew size or location, we can deliver our service from a motorhome, a Sprinter van, a small go-van, or a customized ‘craft-service trailer’. The more information you can give us about your shoot, the better we can tailor our service to your needs and the better your crafty experience will be. For smaller shoots we can accommodate ‘drop’ craft service where no attendant is required, or full blown crafty with attendants and specialized vehicles that service larger shoots with larger more complex crew sizes.
SERVICE: Our interpretation of Food Services is the integration of both craft services and catering. Hire us to plan, manage, and deliver on both services or just one. In addition to catering within Utah, we have catering partnerships in the most sought after filming locations around the Western US. Leverage our experience and network, offload the tactical to us, and make life a little easier for yourself.

QUALITY
FOOD: Quality is at the core of MULLET Craft Services. We focus on high-quality organic, non-GMO, and unique healthy food options. We put a lot of thought and energy into what we choose to serve. Based on our experience with traditional craft service, we vowed to never serve bulk candy or food items that we felt ran the risk of other dirty hands touching. Additionally, we have always worn gloves to prepare and serve food items. Essentially, we have been serving Covid-compliant craft service for years now.
PAPER PRODUCTS: We only use sustainable, compostable, petroleum-free paper products in our craft service. The mandated changes to craft service after the quarantine has created increased levels of single use plastic and personal waste, thus we find it even more important to stick to our commitment of using sustainable products and reducing single use plastics.
BULK WATER: In addition to using sustainable paper products, we also offer bulk water service. You can order water bottles & bulk water stations through us if you’re trying to reduce the amount of single use bottles of water on set. We’ve learned you cannot completely eliminate bottles of water when shooting remotely, but you can drastically reduce the count by offering bulk water to your crew.
SERVICE
When it comes to food services, the devil is in the details. We understand that diets are becoming more diverse and specific, and that meeting those needs is important. Meeting those needs then requires planning, and we have the experience to create a food service plan to meet the needs of your crew and budget. All our Craft Service Department Team Members have food handler’s permits, along with all the new Covid compliance certifications.

At MULLET, we’re passionate about food. We believe good, high quality “real” food is essential to sustaining the human body and energy levels. We’re always on the hunt for new healthy foods that taste good, sustain energy, and nourish the body. Not to worry though, you’ll still likely find your favorite crafty items available, but that doesn’t mean we won’t try convincing you to try something new!
